- Reason for referral
- Relevant background information
- Any previous reports (if available)
- Funding details (private, insurance, legal)

Who can refer
We accept referrals from:
- GPs and healthcare professionals
- Psychiatrists and psychologists
- Solicitors and legal professionals
- Case managers and insurers
- Schools, SENCOs, and educational settings

- Neuropsychological assessments
- Autism (ASD) assessments (children, adolescents, adults)
- Psychological therapy (including complex cases)
- Capacity and functional assessments
- Medico-legal / expert witness reports
What we offer
- Step 1: Submit Referral
Complete our online referral form or send details via email. - Step 2: Review and Triage
We review the referral and confirm suitability. - Step 3: Appointment Arranged
We contact the client to arrange assessment or consultation. - Step 4: Assessment and Report
Assessment is completed and a detailed report is provided.
Timescales
- We aim to offer appointments within 2–4 weeks of referral, depending on the service required.
- Urgent referrals can be discussed where appropriate.

- HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist
- Doctor of Psychology
- Over 30 years of clinical experience
- Extensive work in neuropsychology, rehabilitation, and complex care settings
- Experience across inpatient, acute, and community services
- Lecturer and supervisor in postgraduate clinical psychology training

- Fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the service.
